Engineering Hardware for Haldia's Industrial Belt
Haldia is one of West Bengal's major petrochemical, refining, and port hubs, and hardware built for it has to survive conditions a consumer-grade board never sees — heat, vibration, humidity, and long unattended runtimes on a factory floor or a port site. That's the baseline we design to, whether it's a PCB, an IoT sensor node, or a control panel.
We work across the full stack: circuit design and layout (Altium, KiCad, Eagle) built to IPC-2221/IPC-7351 standards, sensor-to-cloud IoT pipelines over Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRaWAN, and NB-IoT with TLS 1.3 and signed OTA updates, and PLC/SCADA control logic that integrates Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider hardware into one operable system.

Do you handle both PCB design and firmware, or just one?
Both, when needed. We do circuit design and layout, firmware for the microcontroller/IoT side, and the cloud/backend pipeline the device reports into — or just the piece you're missing, if you already have the rest in place.
Can you take a board from prototype to production quantities?
Yes. We design for manufacturability from the first revision, so moving from a bench prototype to a small production run doesn't require a redesign.
What industrial standards do you design to?
IPC-2221 and IPC-7351 for PCB design, with RoHS/REACH compliance and IP-rated enclosures (IP65/66/67) for boards and panels that need to survive dust, moisture, or outdoor deployment.
Do you install and commission hardware on-site, or just supply it?
Both — for control panels and IoT deployments, we handle on-site installation and commissioning, with support available afterward since we're based locally in Haldia.
